About Me

Having studied at Falmouth College of Art in 1999 this bird then went on to Graduate having undertaken a degree in Art Therapy from the University of Derby in 2003.

Based in Derbyshire alongside her much loved Bassett Hound, She enjoys using a variety of mix media within her creations and art making and the incorporation of a vintage button or two where ever possible has become a signature mark of hers.

Birds in the Attic was launched in June 2011 and is a creative outlet for us to share our love for gorgeous ideas that turn day dreaming into a reality.

We specialises in taking old bits of material, buttons and anything else we can find and with a little bit of patience and plenty of tender loving care,something altogether more meaningful and bespoke is created.
